All orders for same day delivery to be placed by 2pm

If you are placing an order after 11am for delivery to a business outside the airport area, please phone first to ensure we will be able to deliver within working hours.

No specific delivery time can be guaranteed, unless you call us first to confirm

If you wish to send flowers out of Auckland please call, we are a member of Teleflora and can help you over the phone with this

Our Policies

The Florist is committed to providing a memorable service for our customers.

Our Florists are trained florists and look forward to delighting you with a professional service and gift. If for some reason you are not happy, please don't hesitate to call us on 09 275 6606.

We recommend flowers leave our studio in a VOX which is a box that looks like a vase and contains water, with Auckland traffic and weather it is our preferred way.

Refund Policy

The Florist is happy to replace faulty product with proof of purchase that is returned to The Florist in it's original condition within 24 hours of being purchased.  Being a perishable product The Florist does not offer a money back refund.

Cancellations

If sufficient notice of cancellation of an order is given there will be no charge to yourself. However if the item has left the studio then unfortunately no refund can be made.

The Florist recognises the importance of protecting the privacy of our customers and visitors to our website while permitting us to conduct legitimate business by providing goods and services of interest to our customers and visitors.

Valentines Day

Due to the busy nature of this day, we close our website the day before, all orders need to be placed by 13th Feb, please note all rose prices increase as of 8th Feb, Any orders placed before then for delivery during this time will be charged at the Valentines Day price...sorry.

We do our best to deliver as many of our local deliveries as poss, please note the couriers are extremely busy and there will be no compensation for non deliveries of orders that the address is not sufficent.
